Health Globes

Health globes are a new item added for Diablo III. The item randomly drops off of enemies after killing them. When a player walks over the health globe, the item is automatically picked up and used. As of now, the globe restores both health and mana. It is unknown yet how the change of the resource systems will effect the globes. Health globes will also restore health to anyone in your party.
