A ring is an equippable accessory item in the Diablo universe. Rings can have many different Pre- and Affixes on them depending on their level and rarity, resulting in countless different possible stat combinations on them. They are at least magical quality, and are one of two equipable pieces of gear that only require a certain level to wear. This makes them very efficient at boosting specific character stats as long as the ring is useful to the character and the level requirement is fulfilled. A character can only equip two rings at a time, each on one hand, due to their magical properties interfering with each other if they get to close.
