Zod is the rarest rune in Diablo II. It makes any weapon or armor it is inserted into Indestructible.
It requires two Cham runes and one Flawless Emerald to create one Zod through the Horadric Cube. (This does not work on regular Battle.net)
Zod is only required for one rune word.

Drop Chance
Zod is the hardest rune to find. It can only be obtained in Act V in Hell mode, excluding Diablo, Hephasto and Hell Bovines.
And even then the drop rate is only 0.000012%.
