Were you looking for the quest The Forgotten Tower?
The Forgotten Tower is a ruined tower located in the Black Marsh. Is is the home of The Countess, the objective of The Forgotten Tower quest. In the game, the dungeon consists of six levels in total: the entrance pictured to the right, four randomly generated levels, and a final preset level where the Countess resides.
The Dungeon is often run for the Countess herself, who has the best drop rate for low- and mid-level runes in the game. Since Patch 1.13 she is guaranteed to always drop at least one rune.
